In its basic form, Folding Scissors are two-dimensional. In order to use it, the user has to remove the blades and then reassemble them in the correct way. The scissors function as a product as well as a riddle.
Folding Scissors won the second prize in 'Design in Polypropylene' competition, held by "Mapal Plastic Products" (2001).
